Hi all,
I am recording Kingdom Hearts from PCSX2 with OBS but the output misses a bunch of frames even when I use 15k bitrate at 30fps. I think my laptop is fairly good (or maybe it is really shitty). Any help would be nice. I have tried to write both on an ssd and external hdd but I still have the same issue.

Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Intel Core i7-8550u @ 1.80GHz
