Previous topics have discussed preview lag as a result of Windows 10 issues with a 144hz screen and a secondary 60hz screen. I am reporting issues, I believe for the first time, with a 144hz screen stuttering badly in the preview when the FPS setting is set to 60. This stuttering is found in the recording/stream as well (but is in the preview regardless of recording/streaming state). The stuttering is not in the game itself.
The stuttering goes away if I set the FPS setting to "fractional" with 144/1. However, obviously, this is not really sustainable for streaming. Alternatively, I can set my monitor to 60hz and the problem also goes away.
I have an i7-8750 and a GTX 2080, so I suspect the issue is not a processing bottleneck.
