I am currently using x264 with 20CRF and Very fast preset.Your CPU appears to be choking. Use the recording quality presets under Settings > Output (Simple output mode) or read http://obsproject.com/forum/resourc...lity-recording-and-multiple-audio-tracks.221/ (Advanced output mode) and pick one of the hardware encoders.
NVENC at 15000 CBR seems to be working fine. Any major quality differences between the types? Both QSV and NVENC should be fine.
Apologies did not see the preset.Recording at 1080p60 and the veryfast preset is still a lot of encoding work, plus the CPU is running a game at the same time. 15000 Kbps is probably a bit low and I still suggest using the recording quality presets or the linked guide instead.

The bitrate was in regards to NVENC.If you're using x264 or setting a bitrate you're not following the suggestions that have been made.
Sorted. cheersGoodness. If you're in Simple output mode and using a recording quality preset you don't set a bitrate. If you're in Advanced output mode and following the guide that was linked you should be using CQP as your rate control method for NVENC and don't set a bitrate there either.
