My stream stutters/chops/lags alot when playing games. Fortnite, GTA V, Red Dead 2, Assasisn's Creed Origins, etc. I have an Alienware M17 R3 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 2070 Super , 16gb memory, Intel R core TM 17 - 10750H CPU @ 2.60 GHZ, and I am hdmiing my laptop to my OLED 55 inch LG tv. I tried outputting at 720 and 1080, lowering bitrate to 4500, and I use NVENC new as the encoder. I feel like I should be able to put a stream up without stutter and I am having troubles figuring out why can anyone help?
