Question / Help Laggy / Choppy second monitor

Hello.

When I have OBS studio running in the background.. And when I open ANY fullscreen games. My second and third monitor will start lagg or more chopp..

OBS Studio has just to be open. Not streaming or recording. Same while streaming ofc.
All sort of drivers are updated.. Checked and doubled checked.. Everything is up to date.

Not sure how this will help here.. But anyway.

Anyone out there have had the same problem? Or have a solution..

its an optimization feature in windows, as long as the stream/recording itself isn't laggy you are fine.

for better performance when in fullscreen mode windows limits the amount of resources other programs can use.

The recording/stream is okay.. But It only does it when I have OBS open.. But when say.. I play CS and watch a video on my second monitor it's fine when OBs is not running in the background.

But when it does.. Not streaming or recording anything. The video will lagg.

Do you get this while running windowed or just fullscreen? have you tried turning vsync on in game?
