Question / Help Laggy, Blocky, and Green? Local Recordings

Soo I have been testing the new AMD H264 Encoder out, and its great because I have no performance hit on the game end, but as you can see in the title, it gets bad on the recording. So for the first like 10 minutes it starts find but then it gets laggy, then it combos in with blocky in the 15 minute mark, and then at 20 it the color of like quadrants of the screen get switched to stuff like green. I have nooo idea whats going on. I have a couple of logs with the only changes being the min and max QP, if you have any idea on what I can do that will help. Plus quick side question, if I could choose between the x264 encoder and this one what would it be? Assuming performance on my game is irrelevant and quality is the only one that matters, thanks!
