Question / Help Laggy and Choppy Gameplay while Streaming

Hey everyone! I have been trying to stream recently and I just can't seem to get it right. While streaming, my games get choppy and not smooth. Sometimes restarting the game/stream can temporarily fix it, but it comes back. Also, I do disable my preview!

PC Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 7
CPU: i7 6700K @ 4.00 GHz
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX 1080
Power Supply: Rosewill 650W 80+ Gold
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws 16GB DDR4 2133
OS: Windows 10
Download Speed: 3.702 mb/s

OBS Settings:
Encoder: x264
Bitrate: 2200 (variable)
Key Interval: 0
CPU Usage Preset: Happens on medium and even veryfast
Resolution Downscale: 720p 30fps
Dual Monitor Set-up (1 DVI & 1 HDMI)
Use Game Capture

Drivers are updated, hardly any programs running in background, disabled preview, and sufficient hardware to stream with my settings. So, what could be the problem? Attached is a log file from one of my streams last night. Thanks guys!

Log file shows that all of the frames in this streaming attempt have rendered without issues. However,

23:00:11.980: Number of memory leaks: 9

Maybe this could be the problem?

Thanks for the reply! So does this mean my RAM is the issue? Cause I could possibly see it. I have had random crashes and blue screens lately as well.

Memory leaks is often coding issues in the software. If that's the case that's up to the coders of the software. I don't know if hardware can cause it.

One leakage is from the browser source, 8 others from the Ethernet adapter (try simple, 100mbit device).
The streaming was good (from the log).

Where is crash logs?

Hmm, so what would I need to do to solve the leakages? The stream should be good, but I just lose FPS and it becomes laggy when I'm playing. OBS doesn't crash, is there still a crash log? I'm new to this haha!

EDIT: I read up on some things about the memory leak. Apparently Killer NIC and their software have been known to cause memory leaks. I have updated the drivers and uninstalled the Killer Software. Did a test stream and it seemed fine. Will update after I have had more time to test. Thank you guys who replied and for pointing me into the right direction!
