My recordings on obs are simply unwatchable and i dont really understand why at all. there isnt a clear answer that I (as not much of a tech nerd) can figure out, if you have any suggestions or tips feel free to help out!.
right so
1. my specs are
apple m2 cpu
8gb ram
version 12.5 mac os monterey
i have a secondary monitor which is 1920x1080 and 24 inches
2. i attached a file showing how my obs recordings looks with absolutely 0 strain, (or about as little as possible) by not running anything even nearly demanding in the background. that in and of itself has an abominable frame-rate. however if i start running any kind of games (for example minecraft -> https://youtu.be/hNYSjv9EvJk , my framrate drops to what i can only imagine is 0.05 fps) which i dont really understand why because i have very good settings and my laptop is fairly strong in this field, however this isn't the only issues ive had with video quality. if i use medal for practically anything the framerate itself doesn't suffer instead the quality is pixelated and basically unwatchable (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqBLYKa-1qc -1:19).
