Hello, I am trying to stream to twitch on my mac using OBS. However, when I stream, the preview of the stream, and the actual stream itself, become EXTREMELY laggy. I'm almost positive this has to do with the bandwidth or something of that nature. I went on testmy.net and it said that my upload speed is 11.1, any suggestions on what my bitrate should be? Please answer!
