Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone could help me. While I stream, mainly CS:GO, I need to keep my cpu usage presets settings at around "Medium" because when I put it any lower then that I start to lag, but I will still be at 300 FPS on CS:GO, so I am sort of confused on how that works. I have tried capping my FPS at around 100, but I still get crazy lag, it feels as if I am at 20 fps. (Just to be clear I am still at 300 FPS, but it feels like 20).
Proecessor: Intel i5 4690k 3.5ghz
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 Series

The log is also included if that helps, but shouldn't my build be good enough to stream with good quality and not be lagging?
