Question / Help Lagging while streaming using andriod phone mobile games

Hi everyone.

I am a new streamer on facebook for almost a month now, and up to now, I am still trying to figure out the right setting for my stream on obs.
BTW I do facebook gaming stream and I also use a mirroring app called APOWERMIRROR. now my problem is I always lag while streaming.
I hope that someone can teach me the right setup for this issue that I am having right now.
I also attached here my current setup on OBS as well as my Desktop specs.

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

If you have solved your problem yourself, please let the others know how you did it If someone else has the same problem,
