emm.. i wanna steam rainbow 6 on youtube.
i use QSV and NVENC for encoding while steaming rainbow 6.
i know my LAPTOP with i7-7700HQ cpu is sucks, but even i encoding with hardware i still suffering from lagging , my game's FPS flickering between 45-60 .
i find that when i just play without steaming, my CPU usage around 80%(game's fps always on 60) , but while 100% when i steaming even encoding by hardware?
obs setting:
QSV or NVENC , CBR with 4000 , target usage quality and high profile
720p input and output with 29 FPS by Lanczos
