Question / Help Lagging When I stream games but my FPS are ok

I have a good PC, and I cant stream games like World of Warcraft or League of Legends(But I wanna stream PUBG), because when I start stream my gameplay feels laggy, but my fps are fine, I did a good config on OBS, and with my last computer with a bad GPU and CPU I could do it without any problems.

Hope someone can help, and sorry for my bad english.

If your FPS fine in game but it "feels" off, it's most likely a v-sync or refresh rate issue.

This points to either Desktop Capture being in your scene when you should be using Game Capture, or you have both in the same scene.
Your monitors refresh rate is not set to the maximum in Windows (Common mistake with high refresh rate panels)

Both of the above issues causes OBS/Windows DWM to sync your games to 60Hz uncapped.
