I wanted to test everything, unfortunately the test recording stutters, lags
Recording voice using the built-in windows recorder does not have this problem.
I changed bitrate and encoder. Without result. Ah, decent equipment. ryzen 9 3900x

The problem seems to be solved.
After removing the styronics and everything related to the sound.
It was enough to change the quality in the microphone settings to the same as it is set in the microphone connected to the computer. In my case 44.1 hz 16bit (previously it was set to 48 hz. Mokrofon Zoom h2n.
