Question / Help Lagging videos.

I have messed around with all the settings, but it still seems to lag. I want to record minecraft videos, but as soon as i start to play, the videos start getting less than 1 fps. The gaming is fine but the outcome video is way to slow. I have looked up multiple videos but no tricks seem to help. I thought maybe here would be a good place to get help?

That log shows no recording attempt, but your system is extremely underpowered.

So is there anyway to get it to work? i've been testing it all day, not sure why there's no recording.
