Hi, I had big lag problem when recording. My graphic card was pointed out on this forum has the problem.
So I just change my card for a better one. It's better but still lagging.
Here are the info for my new graphic card and the lagging log for my last video.

The logs says you're using a GTX 750. Try reinstalling OBS, it might be trying to use a card that's not there. You should disable the downscale filter as well, as you're not downscaling.
It seems you are using monitor capture. Try using Game Capture instead :)

I Reinstalled OBS and recorded again... abs still so much lagging... I need your help again.

What have you set the keyframe interval to, when streaming with cpu/x264? The logs says keyint=250, which I believe means that you're trying to stream in 125 fps. Try setting your key interval to 2, instead of the default 0/auto

The keyint in obs logs should be the double of the fps you're trying to stream, or record in.

30 fps equals keyint=60
60 fps equals keyint=120, and so forth.

Do you somehow have Aero enabled on Windows 10? OBS does not like Aero very much. Also, try disabling Game DVR in the Windows settings, as it usually causes problems with pretty much everything related to gaming.

Game DVR should be under Settings - Game(s). Not sure about the english translation, as my OS is in danish :P
Also, try running OBS as administrator.
