Lagging some games on just on menu

Hi Guys, there are some games that I can stream well, but when i'm on menu or on a cutscene it starts to lag just on the OBS. The games that it happens the most is F1 23 and FIFA 23, I already changed the priority of OBS, lower graphics, 60 fps max. There is something to do to stop this?
