Question / Help Lagging quite a bit when streaming Overwatch (ingame)

I'm more or less looking for advice on settings to have a stream that looks good and VERY rarely drops (if at all) under 120 fps ingame.

Processor - i5 6600 3.3GHz
Video Card - nVidia GTX 970
RAM - Corsair 8GB DDR4

Any advice is very much appreciated. I have a 200mbps down and 20mbps up connection fyi and run at 2500 bitrate.

I'm not sure what you're asking is possible. Overwatch is pretty CPU intensive, and encoding is also CPU intensive - live encoding even more so.

What kind of in-game FPS do you get right now? Have you already streamed while playing? If so, what OBS Studio settings did you use, and how did it affect your in-game FPS?

I get upwards of around 220-250 average when not streaming, sometimes more than that. My ingame FPS takes quite a hit when streaming, to the point of it dipping to 90-100 quite a bit on my normal good settings. What I'm looking for is some advice on settings that may help but not ruin stream quality so much.

I've tried enabling it and I don't seem to get much of a performance boost ingame. It could potentially be the other settings. Here's my log from my testing:

How much of a difference did it make? Please provide actual numbers from the in-game FPS counter.

Your log shows some issues.

Code:
13:32:30.937: LoadLibrary failed for '../../obs-plugins/64bit/CLRHostPlugin.dll', error: 126
13:32:30.937: Module '../../obs-plugins/64bit/CLRHostPlugin.dll' not found
The CLR Browser Source plugin is for OBS Classic only. Please remove it from your OBS Studio folders and use the OBS Studio Browser Source instead.

Code:
13:32:30.940: LoadLibrary failed for '../../obs-plugins/64bit/d3dcompiler_43.dll', error: 193
13:32:30.940: Module '../../obs-plugins/64bit/d3dcompiler_43.dll' not found
I'm not sure what this error is about. Maybe related to having CLR Browser Source plugin installed? See above, and uninstall that first.

Code:
14:37:27.153: Output 'adv_stream': Total encoded frames: 0
Did this last stream actually show anything?

Try testing Overwatch in a new Scene Collection with only your Overwatch related scene(s) in it.
