Question / Help Lagging Preview display on OBS - Help needed

Hello everyone!
My name is May and I've been attempting to stream for awhile now... but my problem is my OBS display. I do not know what the cause is as it's been like this ever since I downloaded it. My games I play never lag due to the OBS - but the OBS lags by it's self if that makes sense. It used to be even worse before and it took about two minutes for it to display anything I added to a scene and then twice as much to scale it. Now it's still very slow and painful to look at... and I want to stream very badly as this is my only problem and I have plans and such for it.

Help would be very much appreciated!
Here is my log in case you need it for reference.

Oh alright - so a new computer would be my best bet? Would a quad core be the best for streaming? I heard some of the newer windows and macs have it

You're basically going to want a current generation i5 or i7 ideally. (4500/4700/6500/6700 series as well as the 4690(k) chips)

Oh no, my preview lags but when I stream it shows the lag it has on the preview. It really doesn't do too much more lag except if I play a MOBA or MMO as a test but simple games like Undertale still lag very badly if that makes sense. Its the preview but yes it does show the same lag on stream

Okay,right-click on the preview window and select 'Disable Preview'(or whatever similar).
Just make sure to setup all of your assets first.
