Question / Help LAGGING ON STREAM AND ALSO IN RECORDING BUT NOT IN GAME

i have a pretty high spec computer gtx 1080 oc and i7 but it seems to lag on recording or stream on fortnite if i play it over 30 fps or if i check cpu usage and it was around 18% when playing. if someone could help if need more info ill hand it over
 
  1. Update to 20.1.1
  2. Your GPU is overloaded. Make sure you have limited the in-game fps either by enabling vsync or setting something else to limit it
  3. Make sure Windows game mode is disabled
  4. You should never record directly to mp4 since they are really keen to corrupt. Record to either flv or mkv and remux (file -> remux) to mp4 if you need it for some reason
 
this was playing arma 3 a game i never record and just recorded by accident. just curious i will send another log from a game i always record and if u can have a look at it thanks. just wondering just curious of it would be different
