Question / Help Lagging on OBS Studio not in the game | PLS HELP ME!

Hey, I really need some help I was always recording games with obs like BF1, OUTLAST and it was great 60fps but now im getting fps lose only on obs in the right lower corner 30fps-45fps not in the game I was searching for solution everywhere and found nothing :( pls help me...
