Question / Help Lagging in Recording

When I play CSGO the game looks great and runs nice and smooth but when I look at the recording its extremely laggy and unsmooth. I am not exactly sure what causes this but I would like someone to help me out with this problems so I can start recording. Thanks

i was having the same problem and your solution worked for me. I can record with lossless quality without any fps drops and it looks great. However, recording at that quality takes large amount of my disk space. So i want to lower the quality of my recording but when i do that my fps drops tremendously. It doesn't make any sense to me. I can record lossless without any fps drops but i can't record at lower quality?

The quality of "indistinguishable" only records at about 4-8mbyte/sec. The quality of "lossless" can easily exceed 50mbyte/sec.

If you go to a quality of "high" you will reduce filesize at the cost of quality.
