Question / Help Lagging in game capture

When playing CS:GO using game capture my stream is lagging heavily, but not in display capture. I have a video showing what i mean ingame here.

My specs are:

AMD FX(tm)-4350 Quad-Core Processor
AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
100/100 Ethernet

Your CPU is too weak for that preset. Go to standard Veryfast and avoid encoding lag
Your GPU is reaching its limits. Reduce ingame graphics requeriments (reduce anysotropic and MSAA in CSGO) or limit FPS.
