Question / Help Lagging Frames

I went back and watched a stream I posted the other day and noticed that every minute or so the stream video would freeze for about half a second but the audio would continue to play. It's more of an annoyance than anything else. I'm not sure what it could be. Been browsing forums the past two hours trying suggestions but to no avail. My internet speeds are 350/20. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is your connection. Even though you said your speed is 20 which I would believe is 20 Megabits per second which is much faster than enough for streaming, just your upload speed means quite little for streaming, your connection has to be very consistent.

Try restarting your router/modem. If that doesn't work try everything else here

If all else fails it might be your ISP, try contacting them.

Would also run a twitch bandwidth test with 64tcp and 30s duration. Look for an ingress server with 80+ quality anything below will cause issues.

If its only just started and has been fine then as @C-Dude has mentioned the ISP might be having some issues.

It must be an ISP issue. The twitch test brought back all 0s for the quality results save for the west coast which the best it got was a 63 on the two tests I did. Guess I'll try contacting them. Thanks for the help
