Bug Report Lagging for no reason! (please help)

I'm streaming a game called "Geometry Dash", yesterday I streamed without problems, 3 hours like always.
Today, I open OBS and try to stream but what happens? I get 25-30fps on 144hz monitor (unplayable).
I don't know why do I have this, I updated all my drivers when this problem occured and it still didn't solve it, please help me.

Also when I record with fraps or ShadowPlay, I have no problems.

OBS Classic is not supported, update to OBS Studio/
