Lagging feel low fps with windows capture

I record using Windows capture on the Roblox game and I find it quite laggy, like low FPS. I tried using display capture and everything is fine, but display capture is quite inconvenient for me. Can anyone give me a solution :// r5 5600x gtx 1080 win 11 25h2
