My video after recording was sooooo laggy. It looked fine when I was recording it but after recording to have a look at my video it was soooooo laggy!

Basically I was recording me playing my game and it wasn'tlagging at all. But after when I stopped recording I checked my video and played it. It was extremely laggy even though when i was playing the game and recording it, it was not lagging!
