Here is my last stream log:

Here is the video for reference:

I am new to streaming, and haven't watched any start-up tutorials up to this point, but have somehow gotten this set up to stream very well... That was before I started have any sources enter scene. I was trying to figure out how to start and stop media sources in my sources panel using hotkeys. When I couldn't figure it out, I went on YouTube and learned how to set up scenes. I have multiple scenes that I press the down arrow through, but also use hotkeys if need be, and it looks like it will work very well.
When I start streaming, the display looks great, but the output to YouTube is laggy as the different sources enter the scene. All the sources are WebM, so I just don't understand what could be going wrong. You can see them in the short video I made as a test, above.
I just resized all my sources to be 720 on the base canvas, and then changed output to 1080. Will that do anything? [That did nothing. Now the video is just in 720p on the output. Apparently you can't upscale base canvas resolutions, right?]
Whatever your solution to this problem is, please explain it to me like I'm 5. I get super frustrated by the tech talk that I see on here. That's why I can't find my answer, because I don't understand what's being said. I'm sure this has been answered hundreds of times, so please forgive me for asking again, but this is really important.
Thank you in advance for you help.
Best regards,
-Joe
