Question / Help LAG WHILE RECORDING

Hello, I have been recording videos for a while and when I tried to record a recent video of fortnite, the game lagged and I do not know why this had happened.

I have been having the same problem. Every time I record or live stream, it slows down my whole computer. I changed my bitrate, but it doesn't work.

Can you do a few minutes' worth of recording (Doing what you would normally do in-game) then stop the recording session, then upload a current logfile please so I or someone else can further assist in troubleshooting:
