Lag while recording Minecraft!

So I am a growing youtuber that mostly plays minecraft, and recently ive been trying to record with obs and my game was running smooth and it was fine, but when I checked the recording, it was stuttering and lagging every few seconds, I hope

also i tried 60fps etc and it didnt work

What bitrate is your encoder set at, looks like it drops from 100000 to 16000?

i had moved to that bitrate to try fix it however i usually use around 24 cqp

You could try a cbr of 6500 then go up from there
