Question / Help Lag while i game

I really hope u guys can help me.. I recently found out i was using win32bit so i just yesterday reinstalled to the 64bit version. I am know not so much about computers but i love streaming and playing. Before i was streaming ( OK ) but now I cant stream at all without heavy lag. And as soon as i turn of stream it runs fluid .. I am crying here for help u have a awsome tool here and i love using it but i have tried everything watched all videos and nothing hlps what am i doin wrong here ? Enable aero (uncheck disable aero in video tab of OBS as well as us a windows aero enabled theme.

define lag. it is an overused term to define everything now. lag in game? in game as in low frames? in game as in rubberbanding? lag in stream? lag as in stream buffering? lag as in lwo frames on stream?


Also, that isn't a complete logfile and also is in the wrong place. I will move it but please post a link to your compelte log like this:

EDIT: you forgot to enable aero.

Dont watch your own stream on your streaming PC. close all browsers then use a popout chat instead. the dashboard from witch will have a game preview so this is why you avoid using it. OBS log looks fine
