Question / Help Lag when recording Minecraft!

Hello there, I am a small Youtuber who likes to record Minecraft.
My favorite place to play is on multiplayer however when I record multiplayer I do not lag although when I review my footage
I see that the video lags.

Please Help me!

Nope.

But I see you have set 60 FPS.
Try with 30 FPS
