Question / Help lag when adding webcam

i am new to obx and barely know how to use it. when i first downloaded it i got it set up on my own and was streaming with no issues for a bout 2 mouths and now if i put a webcam in the scene at all obx its self will drop to about 10 fps and will run slow while nothing else is slowed or has low fps issue im not sure if its one of my settings or a bug or something i messed up
