Question / Help Lag / stuttering while playing Ubisoft games.

I have some problems when I stream games such as Ghost Reacon Wildlands and sometimes it affects Rainbow Six Siege, it stutters and lags ALOT on twitch but it does not lag for me in game or on OBS. I've checked out other fixes for it which involves turning your CPU Preset up a bit but it keeps giving me the same problem. My internet connection is 1000/1000mb/s

It only does this with Ubisoft games it seems like, here's an example: https://clips.twitch.tv/SweetArbitraryDootPanicVis

Any tips on a good and stable preset that I should run on OBS ? I'm running 6000 CBR wich should be totally fine with my internet, streaming it at 1280x720 on twitch @ 60 fps even though it looks nothing like 60fps. I really need some help with this one!

Specs:
  • Motherboard: ADRUS GAMING MOTHERBOARD Z270X-GAMING K5
  • Ram Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR4
  • Processor: Intelcore I7 6700k @4.2GHz
  • Graphics Card: Geforce GTX 1080TI STRIX
  • Hard Drive: SSD Evo 850 @500 GB / 2TB Harddrive

You are trying to stream in 1080p60 on the default encoder which is impossible to do with the 6700K along with the extra processing power in those games. Downscale the resolution down to 720p and try again.

EDIT: Seems you tried ultrafast in 720p60 as well and still skipped frames. You're better off using NVENC instead of x264 ultrafast but bear in mind that the quality won't be that great compared to x264 veryfast.
