So i have this problem where my CPU and GPU utilization will be in the 30-40% range, i have Destiny 2 on the absolute lowest settings possible and i get some horrible stutter while even just capturing destiny in OBS, i dont even need to stream for it to happen. I have a ryzen 5 5600 and a 2080 super (dont know how much info is needed for this) and i tried many many different OBS settings, nothing has fixed it. I know people who stream at 1080p 60fps with lesser hardware and have 0 problems, yet when i try at 720p i still get the stutter problem.
