Lag stream with good pc

Hello, If someone can help me... I usually stream fortnite (low quality in game) with obs studio with a really good pc. My viewers always say that my stream is so laggy and they cant see well.
I prove to stream lower qualitys than 1080 but always laggggg. all drivers are updates and I think the configuration is good but idk.
People with lower specs than my pc can stream fortnite very well so i don't know whats happening
My pc:
rtx 2060 extrem
i5-9600k
16gb ram
2 tb hdd
500gb ssd

An i5-9600 is not that powerful a CPU, so you need to be careful your OBS plug-ins, settings aren't asking too much of the CPU
Are you doing hardware resource monitoring? (Task Mgr and/or Resource Monitor)
As cyclemat indicated, posting your log will show us your OBS settings so we can review
that won't show us what else your PC is going on (ie what else running in background, overall CPU usage, etc) that can impact stream

Have you tried recording locally (instead of streaming) and watched the video? if a local recording looks good, then stream settings, incl bitrate and/or available consistent upload bandwidth possible a factor
