Question / Help Lag spikes while streaming

[Sorry for bad grammar] - so i have started streaming setup my settings to sent fit my internet and pc. when i stream i get 0.00% frame drops and its a constant 30 also i never get high CPU Usage, but my games... i was literally streaming infestation a few minutes ago and was getting between 70-90 FPS but every 4 mins they would drop to 10-15 for like 10 sec

Can you please try being patient? We're here as volunteers, and I do this in my free time. I have not had a chance to look at the log yet.

Make sure FPS is capped in the games you're playing, it looks like you might be maxing out your GPU.

what if there is no option to cap

Yes there is. Enable vsync in your video card options for the game.
