Hello guys I just moved to a new apartment and I got settled, so I decided to try streaming agian.
I had setup my obs in the old place but now when I started streaming i get something like lag spikes and the stream is "blinking".

I tried changing the bitrate from 2700 to 3200 and down to 2400 but nothing changes.
I tried changing ingame settings but the blinking got worse so I will stop playing with the settings and await any advise.
If you need any more information about the settings, let me know.
