Hey, I don't really post on here much but I really can't find a solution to this problem. Some guidance would really be appreciated.
Recently, I have been trying to record some videos for my YouTube channel. Unfortunately, I have an issue with the software which prevents me from being able to actually edit and upload it. When viewing my videos I notice that there is always about a 1-2 second lag spike every 3-5 seconds.
It is really bugging me and I can't find a solution. I thought that my CPU was quite high quality (not absolutely amazingly great, but high-end). I have never received this issue while streaming or when recording videos on other software (such as FRAPS or DxTory).
I never receive these lag spikes in game while I am recording, it is always at a solid 60 FPS but when I view the video at the end there is always these lag spikes. It only seems to occur in the outputted file but it never seems to happen when I am streaming on OBS.
Like I said, I am really confused about this issue and any help would be greatly appreciated.
