Question / Help Lag problem after recording !

Hi everyone ! I have a trouble about OBS recording. I play Shadow of Mordor and record in same time, no lagging in game but then i watch my video which i recorded and there are too lagging. So, i cannot solve this problem. My notebook features :

Casper Excalibur G500
CORE İ7 6700HQ 2.6GHZ
RAM 16GB
1TB+128GB SSD
GTX960M

Could you help me ?
