Question / Help Lag on my streaming YouTube with OBS

Hi, I have this PC for my live YouTube broadcasts: FX 8350, 16 GB 1866 RAM, RX 580 8 GB

The problem I have is that the games are perfect at 60 FPS, but when it comes to streaming with the AMD GPU, the live is seen with lag, no matter if I put it on speed or balanced because it continues to wipe. These are my relay settings:
1080p 60 fps
Bitrate of 8000 and speed or balanced with AMD encoder. Why laguea if the game goes perfect? And the graph seems to be left over.
What configuration do you recommend for 1080 60 fps? and make it look good

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.
