Question / Help Lag on good comp?

I am lagging while recording on OBS and Playing ark survival of the fittest
When i watch my recording back its stcuk on 1 frame for about 1 minute
Intel i-7 6700K
8 GB Ram
GTX 960
Here is my log file

I would like to record at 1080p at 60FPS if that is possible

90% of your frames are being dropped, probably because of CPU utilisation which seems a bit odd. Does this happen with other games or just ARK?
