Question / Help LAG ON GAMES WHEN THE "DISABLE AERO" OPTION IS CHECKED

Hi, this is my first time writing here, I have a weird problem. When I check "Disable Aero" and I'm recording a game, it stutters, but if I switch to display capture, it works perfect. Otherwise, if I uncheck "Disable Aero" and I'm recording a game, it works perfectly, but the Display Capture is lagging. It's a bit frustrating and I don't know where the problem came from. Yeah, but this option is not supposed to be just for display capture? Why games are lagging with it on?
