I have been doing a livestream of our prerecorded video on facebook. While monitoring the video playing on OBS, cpu usage, dropped frames, stream health, fps, they are all okay. But comments from some viewers were "error loading", it was stuttering, and having some jumps. I thought it was their wifi connection but when i watched the saved video on facebook after livestream, the video lags on the same part where the viewers reported a lag. I tried to play it again and again but it was the same
