Question / Help Lag issues in-game while streaming

Greetings all, first post here so I apologize in advance for possibly putting this in the wrong place.

I just started streaming Dead by Daylight on Twitch using OBS and I am experiencing high ping/lag only while using OBS and Twitch. Playing the game without any streaming is smooth with low ping. I was wondering if anyone here could help me tweak my settings to make it possible for me to play and stream.

My upload speed is 0.89mbps. Is it possible to stream for me without creating a pixelated mess on Twitch?

17:50:29.885: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 2727 (14.6%) - That's at 800 bitrate which is basically 0.80mbps of your connection that does fluctuate gradually. So, sometimes it'll peak overtop of your 0.89mbps causing dropped frames.

I used to have an upload speed of 0.72mb back 6 years ago. I broadcasted at 500 bitrate. With that upload you have I would try 500 bitrate at 640x360 resolution. There's no way you're gonna be able to have it any higher and be able to play your games online without lag. The picture won't be absolutely perfect either but it'll work for Twitch. I would recommend either recording videos in higher resolutions and uploading them to youtube OR trying to get better internet with more upload speed. There's only so much you can do with that connection.
