Hello everyone, I have a problem. I have an ADSL line with 23Mb in dowload and 2:40 upload, imposed a bitrate of 1840 OBS, H.264 encoding, CBR preset low latency and high quality the problem is that if you play games like The division with this bitrate never Laggo , but if I put games like Battlefield 1, Playerunknows Battleground or Rainbow Six Siege Laggo to be frightening ... Why?
