I recorded an approximately 10 minute long screencast on my computer today. The recording was pretty simple, just me walking through a financial model in Excel.
In the resulting video, the video frequently lagged behind the audio, oftentimes by as much as 20 seconds or so. For example, I'd already be talking about the next tab in the Excel workbook, but the video would still be showing the previous tab.
Any suggestions as to why this happened, and what I can do to prevent it from happening in the future? Perhaps there are settings I need to adjust? My laptop is pretty powerful. Thanks in advance!
