Question / Help Lag in preview and Stream

I'm using the latest OBS Studio (20.0.1) and the preview window keeps lagging as well as my stream (but the game's FPS is fine).

I'm trying to stream Rocket League.

Specs as follows:

NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB

16GB DDR3

i5-3470 - 3.2GHz

Network speed:

220Mbps Down
20Mbps Up

Any update on this? I have the same issue, Lag on the preview window and it shows on stream and recording but In game totally fine.
