Question / Help Lag in game if i am streaming and have stream open in chrome

So i have a good comp and good internet, but i lag while in game if i am streaming and have my or another persons stream open in chrome.

I have 60Mbps Up/Down

Is there any reason you guys can think of that would cause this?
