Question / Help Lag if I open OBS.

Hey,
if I start OBS and I don't even record or do anything else my FPS of PUBG drop from 120 to 70.
My CPU workload is about 60-70% and OBS takes 2-5%

16 GB Ram DDR4 - 2400 MHZ
GTX 1080 MSI
i7 7700

Can anyone help me?
